- Refund or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Kindly contact our customer support team to specify your issue before returning any items.

- All items returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, labels, or accessories.
- The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
3. Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage not due to a manufacturing defect will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Variations in natural materials used for our products (e.g., handwoven prayer mats) may also result in minor differences in texture or design. These should not be considered defects.
